- Relocation Allowance: $1.500-$2,000 (only applicable for candidates outside Alberta.)
- Lead the end-to-end procurement of high-value, project-specific spares and tear-down assets, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and technical specs.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key product categories, leveraging market intelligence to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Optimize inventory replenishment strategies to balance stock availability, working capital, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Sales to support revenue goals through strategic sourcing, pricing support, and direct supplier negotiations.
- Oversee logistics and delivery schedules for complex acquisitions, ensuring on-time fulfillment and contractual compliance.
- Analyze cost trends and supplier performance to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Inventory, Repairs, and Product teams to align sourcing activities with operational needs.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Aviation required; MBA or advanced degree considered an asset.
- CPSM, CSCP, or PMP designation strongly preferred.
- 7–10 years in strategic sourcing or procurement, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing high-value, complex acquisitions ($1M+). Aviation industry experience highly desired.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau a plus.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen; expert negotiator; excellent communication and data analysis skills; solid understanding of contract terms.
- The location: Calgary, Alberta
- Schedules: Must be available for morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday (flexibility required).
