TalentWorld is hiring for an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist for one of our amazing clients in Etobicoke, ON. This is a temporary full-time opportunity. AP Specialist will ensure the accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and project-related cost tracking.

Account Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process high?volume vendor invoices accurately
- Perform 3?way matching (purchase orders, packing slips, invoices)
- Prepare and execute EFT, ACH, cheque, and wire payment runs
- Maintain and update vendor accounts
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Process employee expense reports using expense?management software
- Support AP month?end close and accrual entries
- Assist with internal and external audit documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Account Payable Specialist Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or project?based environments
- Hands?on experience with Sage (Sage 50, Sage 300, Sage Intacct, or related)
- Familiarity with expense?management tools (e.g., Expensify, Concur, SAP Concur, Certify)
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
- High attention to detail and strong time?management skills
Employment Details:
- Full-time temporary position
- This is an on-site role (4 days/week)
- Pay based on experience
- Location: Etobicoke, ON
