A fast-paced and growing construction firm is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects. This leadership role ensures successful project execution by maintaining safety, quality, and schedule adherence from start to finish.

Site Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project start-up and planning.
- Contribute to scheduling, risk management, and quality control efforts.
- Develop short-term work plans and ensure timely execution.
- Supervise work in accordance with contractual documents.
- Welcome and onboard workers; present health and safety protocols.
- Enforce safety requirements and issue disciplinary notices if needed.
- Complete daily work logs and maintain accurate project records.
- Prepare timesheets and purchase orders aligned with budget activities.
- Represent the company in interactions with government authorities.
- Use project management tools and technology effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet project goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction management.
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong focus on occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance.
- Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships.
- Strong alignment with and representation of company values.
